I’m a devoted husband and father, and someone who believes strongly in continuous learning and personal growth. Every step of my career has been driven by curiosity, responsibility, and the desire to make a meaningful contribution to the people and organizations I work with.

My Life in Motion

Professionally, I work as a security consultant, trainer, and management systems specialist. For more than two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations build stronger systems, improve how they operate, and protect the people and information they are responsible for.

Today, I serve as the CEO and Founder of Iordache Quality Services (iQS) in Romania, Through iQS, I provide consulting and training in security management, ISO-based systems, and data protection under the European Union’s GDPR framework.

Throughout my career I have worked with organizations across multiple industries, designing and delivering training programs, consulting services, and management solutions that help businesses operate more effectively and responsibly. My work focuses on the practical side of improvement, translating complex standards and regulations into systems that people can actually use and benefit from.

Along the way I’ve earned several professional certifications, including Certified Data Protection Officer under GDPR, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management Systems, as well as Lead Implementer certifications for ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 28000 Supply Chain Security Management, and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems.

Certifications, however, are only part of the story. What truly motivates me is the opportunity to share knowledge, mentor professionals, and help organizations develop stronger foundations for long-term success.

What Drives My Work

If there is one idea that has stayed with me throughout my career, it is the belief that our purpose is to help others.

Whether I’m working with a company that wants to strengthen its security framework, teaching professionals how to implement international standards, or mentoring someone who is looking to grow in their career, the goal is always the same: helping people move forward.

I also believe strongly in lifelong learning. Every person I meet and every project I work on brings new perspectives and new lessons. That constant exchange of ideas has been one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Above all, I try to live in a way that reflects the values I want to pass on to my daughter. Being someone she can look up to is, without question, the most important role I have.

For more than twenty years, I’ve been working with organizations that want to strengthen their management systems, improve their security frameworks, and develop the people within their teams. My work combines consulting, training, and strategic guidance across areas such as quality management, information security, data protection, project management, and organizational development.

In the field of security consulting, I help organizations understand their risks, strengthen their physical and operational security, and implement systems that protect both their assets and their people.

In management consulting, I work with leadership teams to design systems that support long-term growth, stronger operations, and better decision-making.

And through training and professional development programs, I share the knowledge and practical experience that professionals need in order to apply international standards, improve their processes, and build stronger organizations from within.

What I enjoy most about this work is the collaboration. Every organization has its own challenges and ambitions, and working together to find the right solutions is always an engaging and rewarding process.
